INFORMATION ABOUT THE LAW No. 675/1996 Art.10.
According to the law no. 675/1996 (on privacy of personal information) Art. 10 we have to observe the following items: 1. Personal information received for on line application will be used exclusively for book-keeping purposes, for working up and sending the application request; 2. Personal information will be recorded using forms and computer devices; 3. Personal information will be recorded keeping only the name, the surname and address of the sender, and excluding further statistics; 4. The conferment of personal information is obligatory for obtaining requested services. We are unable to offer our services in case of possible reticence; 5. Personal information will not be diffused out of our offices. At any moment you can exercise the rights guarded in Art.13 of the law no. 675/1996 simply contacting the regular holder of your personal information.
